I am a certified Quantum Biofeedback Specialist, certified Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner, and certified Usui Reiki Master. On my own road to better health, I discovered the power of alternative practices and the importance of healing not only on the physical level, but also on the spiritual, mental and emotional levels. We are body, mind and spirit and all areas need healing and maintenance to be in an optimal state of health.
Life has many stressors that can deplete our energy and before we know it, we’re in a state of dis-ease. In my experience, better health is available to everyone, and I offer several services to assist clients on their healing journey.
Before I joined the holistic healing community, my career spanned 30+ years in the field of Human Resources with my final role as Vice President of Human Resources. I bring with me the accumulated knowledge of my professional career and the knowledge I’ve gained through my own physical, spiritual and emotional healing journey.
